Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Absolutely! I offer a free consultation to make sure I’m the right fit for your photo needs. I want the process to feel collaborative from the start. Photos are a personal investment, and it’s important that you feel confident moving forward!
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?
Yes, if I’m close enough, I’ll visit the location beforehand. If not, I’ll review photos online to get a strong sense of the space. I also arrive early on shoot day to scout the area and plan out the best spots and lighting.
Do you travel for weddings or destination sessions?
Yes, I do! I love to travel and am always open to the right opportunity. Travel fees do apply and may include transportation, accommodations, and a rental car if needed. I’m always happy to walk through the details with you and create a plan that fits your vision.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, I do! A 30% deposit is required to secure your session date. The rest of payment is due 48 hours prior to your session. You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
What if i need to reschedule or cancel my session?
I understand life (and bad weather) can happen, so I provide one complimentary reschedule! Reschedules must be made at least 72 hours in advance to keep your deposit applied to a new date. Changes made within 72 hours are not guaranteed, and cancellations within that window are non-refundable due to reserved time.
